Rent the Facility Only Rate
  • No charge for kitchen, tables, chairs, or setup of these items.
  • Maximum capacity is 400 persons.
  • Round tables are 5 feet and the rectangular tables are 8, 6, and 4 feet.
  • Rental includes 6.5 hours or until 12 a.m. whichever comes first.
  • Warming kitchen includes:
    (4 roaster ovens, 2 microwaves, and a commercial refrigerator and freezer. Also available for your use: coffee pots (100 cup and 60 cup), beverage dispensers, and water pitchers.)

Security Deposit:
(Refundable as long as there is no damage to the facility or property. If damage exceeds this amount, the client will be billed. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refundable)		 $500
